This took me ALL night. But I think I enjoy drawing frills. A little refresher, Wintergreen is Brainstorm’s real name. He only went by that when he got his cutiemark, but now he thinks it was a little silly. So, he now goes by his old name.

As far I know, only admins can combine submissions
They can, but it’s not automatic. You have to report the image for merging. Go to the older image, click “Report”, then “Updating/merging”, put this image’s number (3257723) in the first box and something like “Updated version” in the second box and click “Report Duplicate”.
