It’s mostly going off the coloration of these two ponies vs Izzy’s.
I doubt they are Izzy’s parents. This would be illogical. They are not even “unicorns” to begin with. They are from another kind. If they were Izzy’s parents, she would have the same rock-like cutie mark and horn as them. Why would she lack these characteristics if she were their daughter? We will probably never see her parents.
When do males have feminine palettes anyway?
