I was thinking more along the lines of this;
“Exposure to 1297 causes victims to freeze in place, not reacting to any external stimuli. Exposing them to 1297 a second time changes their expression to a permanent grin. Finally, exposing them to 1297 a third time causes their heads to collapse into their torsos, upon which they begin to pull any nearby object in the vicinity towards them.”

Upon reading aloud of the words written on the paper and instance of SCP 1297-1, known as Jane Doe, becomes the readers new roommate.
