I’m guessing the stigma associated with the Canterlogic brand name (since I’m assuming what they were really known for was their anti-unicorn and Pegasus gear), generally, and Phyllis specifically, was too much to overcome, even with the other sectors of the business, so Phyllishe was forced to liquidate.
