Ah, I see.
Because it’s seldom an issue and I almost never scroll down if there’s more than ~200 comments. I find it to be more troublesome to constantly click through comments than just letting them load, although that’s probably because of having 60mbps down, 16GB RAM and some of the best single core performance.
I just wish there were a quick way to toggle it when I’m on my phone.

Well that would explain a bit of it… But, why would you disable pagination? That feature is so handy if you wind up in those
drama in the commentsimages and there are a bajillion words worth of what not.The raw html, maybe, but it’s also caching every response image several times over. I also have pagination disabled.
Well, it made my iPad lag. I think it might be taking up more than half a MB.
The sum and total of all the contents on that page are probably less than half a megabyte. Your browser is using ~260 times as much memory to store it? O_O
I decided to get on my ’ight desktop and check. It made Chrome use 85% of my CPU and 130MB more RAM on that page alone.

I’m pretty sure there is no limit. You can nest block quotes to an arbitrary degree.
I just want to see how many quotes we can nest inside of each other before the coding breaks.
True enough, if you had Pinkie Pie acting anything like Pinkie Pie from the cartoon, realism would look…uncanny; possibly even downright terrifying.
For a show with the level of equine realism and high detail show in the above post, the show would probably be a very straight, high fantasy drama, maybe involving an epic quest or several, and would probably be quite dark and gritty. Like a serious pony equivalent of Game of Thrones, maybe.
There is a word for what this would look like were it drawn realistically, and “funny” isn’t it.
