This is impossible, as far as i know. As soon as you comment, you are subscribed to the image, Meaning that you’ll receive notifications every time that somebody comments in that image, be the comments related to yours or not.

Oh. BTW, how do you stay subscribed only to images where someone replied to your comments, rather than receiving notifications for comments unrelated to your own?
 
E.G: I post a comment on an image, then I do the same on another. One person replies to my comment on the first image, but another person makes a comment independent of my own on the second. How do I only keep track of the first image’s comments?
