Yep. I’m sure there’s a way you could angle the painting to do a Portal style perpetual motion thing XD
So if you were to place the frame upside down and pulled you in, then you’d fall “up” into her painting?
Madness! Sheer madness!
@Background Pony #2FA6
Yep. You gotta be real careful with these things. Especially since down is always down inside the painting: hold it over yourself, and you’d fall toward the bottom of the painting as soon as you were in XD
Should probably set it down somewhere before you poke around inside it.
So if I picked the frame up and held it over my head…then slowly lowered it until the head penetrated the event horizon so that I could look around inside her little painting realm…then I would need to watch my fingers?
@Background Pony #2FA6
You can easily just lift the frame. If any of you is inside the painting you’d feel the whole weight of everything inside it, but so long as you’re outside of the painting completely it’s only as heavy as a regular painting. Unless she pokes out of it, then you’d also be carrying the weight of as much of her is out of the frame. It’s weird :P
No need to take the wall, just the framed painting. Unless she were trying to stop you from taking her, it wouldn’t be any more difficult than taking any other painting of similar size.
You had a sequence of 3 and I didn’t know where to put this comment.
So, I can take her painting and bring her with me, huh? Is it easy?
What if I took out the entire wall with me and bring her that way? (You should try making that, I think it’ll be hilarious)
Sometimes she gets fidgety and sort of zones out XD
@Respectful Changeling
As long as you put her somewhere halfways interesting. She ended up in a museum once, and ended up bribing someone to steal her and put her back in the abandoned castle after having to spend several months listening to art critics describe in great detail how her ponytail represents the duality of pony nature or how her gray fur is an allegory for the evils of the ruling class XD
Hang her frame up in the living room facing the TV.
@Parallel Black
Careful, she’s clingy :P
She likes it when she’s hung in an interesting place. Screwing around with Twilight and her friends when they were screwing around in that old castle was the most fun she’d had in over a hundred years :P
You can get out. She’s no more powerful than a regular earth pony :D
The inside of her painting is a liminal space. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense :P
@Quint-t-W
She gets visitors. There’s always someone exploring those old castles. Wannabe adventurers and thieves, cosplayers doing research, those obnoxious types who make the shows where they go into haunted houses and overreact into wide-angle lenses, and of course other ghosts to get spooky with :D
She’d get jealous XD

@Dirty Bit
Something she genuinely likes is when you dust and clean her frame. The frame is part of her, so cleaning her frame is the equivalent to brushing a cat :D
Some of her can come out :D
She needs to hang up paintings on her walls. Paintings hanging inside a painting.
Sounds ok to me!
