In some cases, the unconscious body registers a different level or speed of heart beat, due to lack of activity as well as the body entering a state of rest. Depending on how the trigger functions, the sudden change in pace could trigger the device. Though most of the devices trigger at a LACK of heart beat so chances are they should still be fine.
for personal reasons I did some random studies on the heart.. and its rate of activity directly connects to emotional state and activity level.
It was specifically said to be tied to her heartbeat(or manually, but that would require conciousness). Your heart still beats when unconscious. And even if hers IS a decoy, the girls don’t know that, so going off the info they DO have, they should still knock her out.

it depends on what sort of trigger actually activates the bombs. Being knocked out could also cause them to go off. You need to be careful with this sort of thing, and actively work with everyone involved. There is also Coco of course who could be a major factor in things. Suri does seem like the type would give Dog Wrangler a Fake remote, and leave the real one with her far more loyal Slave Coco. After all it was COCO who was ordered to gather up the men for the voyage.

That seems like a very good possibility, given how Spike would be willing to turn himself in to save Rarity and the others. As well as to avoid as much violence as possible.
She dies, they die. They don’t listen to her, they die. They fight RD and AJ, they die.
Sucks for the slaves.
Not like she could hit the kill switch in her current position.
I think most of the slaves in this case would consider the risk if it frees them.
