I don’t see that as being an issue, frankly.
Also, as already mentioned, the G5 shorts really don’t have enough time for moments with more action, as the writers would rather use the 5 minutes allotted for each episode to be used for character development instead (and I think the episodes have done quite well in that regard).
Also, you don’t need action for a show to be interesting. Gravity Falls showed that quite well, focusing on mystery and character development instead.

Makes me wonder if they are setting her up to become more of a minor villain in the future. When Fizzlepop felt like she was constantly bullied for her broken horn, she went to the Storm King. In a similar regard Posey could end up going over to the Shadow Alicorn seen in the Make your Mark special.

Okay. If the goal of the film was to show that Posey’s hatred for the other ponies was wrong, then why are they going out of their way to justify it?
How are they going out of their way to justify anything? The smoothie landed on Posey’s mane by mistake. That’s just bad luck. She had no one to blame but herself in this instance.
