Nope. Magic can only “delay” the NEED for a proper solution to underlying problems by “fixing” observed effects.
-> Twilight actually pointed out the TRUE way to “solve” all problems => Bureaucracy!
Purple is in a way in the same situation Twilight was on Season 3: a unicorn, but THE Prophecy (inscribed on a magical mystical tree) says she must be an alicorn princess; so… the final solution for them is to DIE [and then get reincarnated as a female… if posible in the SAME World this time].
