Well, of course, some people only have one pair of glasses. But Argyll, as I think, should have a spare pair, which is not intended for reading, but for the hike. Along with some kind of hat and traveler’s bag! :D

Yeah, including his glasses, which means if he was alive when he left his home at a lighthouse on a high cliff, he probably didn’t stay that way for long.
