“The tale of that fateful day on Mount Aris and how Queen Novo’s world was turned upside down.
The final page is here! I’m thinking about doing an epilogue page with Skystar in it, but right now it’s only an idea. I probably won’t be doing comics for a while. I forgot how much time it takes to do them. Plus it seems like nobody is interested in them (at least on DeviantArt given the low fave count, this seems to be doing surprisingly well on Derpibooru). But hey, it was nice doing them again.”

Well, the Storm King conquering the Hippogriff kingdom is featured in the tie-in prequel novel “The Stormy Road to Canterlot” because this event is mentioned in the film. And besides, Tempest is still present with the Storm King and the rest of the Storm Army when they invade Mount Aris and its kingdom Hippogriffia and overthrow its rulers who escape alongside their subjects to the underwater kingdom of Seaquestria. And who says that the Storm King could rule both sea and land? I don’t know if the Storm King did conquered underwater kingdoms beyond Equestria even though he and his minions can’t brief underwater.
