I would say the latter is more likely, free to go barefoot and tease with her large feeters as much as she wants!
Oh, will she wear boots after the happened, or Celestia will be free, unlike Twilight, so nopony would punnish for walking barefoot?
Or maybe she can have Twilight’s cutie mark on the bottoms of her sandals, so she can step on them constantly :3 And that’s before the tickling predicament of course, she was a lot bolder and teasy before that. That’s what led to it!
