That sounds a whole lot like Sweeny Todd. Didn’t that get turned into a well-known Tim Burton film that is considered to the one of the best films that he ever made (as well as one of the best roles that Johnny Depp acted as)? Honestly, it is definitely a disturbing premise for sure, but there are people that do like that sort of black humor (and I do think it is neat that someone made a ponified Sweeny Todd story, considering how much I personally enjoy the Depp film).

Cupcakes was an infamous fanfic back in the early days of the fandom that involved Pinkie Pie brutally torturing and murdering Rainbow Dash before turning her remains into cupcakes. In the fanfic Pinkie said she cuts off other ponies cutie marks and wears a dress made up of other ponies severed marks/wings/horns, hence why everyone in the cmments is reacting with concern.
No, I am not familiar with that fanfic at all. Then again, maybe I should be surprised that you know about it.
