if you work hard and or traveling you can drink and eat.
 
Basically its no snaking and usually they wake up early to stuff till dinner,

@Lord well that’s good. still seems a bit tough though, especially if you see people eat or work somewhere close to a cafe/resturant. But i’m not muslim so it might be easier then it seems.

@Stargaser The rule is that if you’re not in a safe condition to be fasting all day, you don’t have to.  
So I’d like to say few have died. Don’t have the numbers, but Islam makes exceptions for when it’s alright to fast.
