I’d suggest 3 before NV personally. Not as much as a fan of NV as 3. Now if you don’t mind, I now need to barricade my doors from the NV fans trying to break in to prove me wrong for liking 3 over NV.
Yes, this game series is more or less good. I would suggest you to play Fallout New Vegas for the first time. It’s the best of modern games. Or Fallout 4, if you like action games with crafting (and, unfortunately, almost without RPG elements).
I think so. It is a franchise plague with bugs, though, and I don’t mean the mutated ones.
