Two meters is just under 6’7”. That’s pretty tall, but there’ve been some men and women throughout history who’ve been seven feet (~2.13m), eight feet (~2.43m), or even a little taller. In most mammalian species, males do tend to be larger than females (with some excetions), but the size cap generally doesn’t differ much between the two sexes.

Plus, Celestia and Luna are pretty much immortal demigoddesses, so that probably helped them grow taller than most ponies would be able to.
