Most Asian companies deliberately choose Caucasian models over local ones. The self-hate is still going immensely strong in Asia today.

Well it is an American continent show, so ergo, non-Asian display.

But you’re right. Would have been better with they went the extra mile and used a Chinese model instead. Sometimes, though, marketing goes cheap and leaves the model as they are. 🤷‍♂️
