The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

@Keith Mowz
Yeah.
I have looked up Mystcraft, and it looks pretty neat. I think I could do it easily.
I also have wanted to try the Portal mod with a Portal map for some time.

And yeah, I’ve already tried FTB, and I didn’t like it.

The nice thing about the new texture pack stuff is that it will no longer care if your texture pack is out of date. If you dont have a texture pack model for a block/item, it’ll just use default, like Technic/Tekkit/FTB all do.

I have no idea how to install mods either. I just use the mod packs like the ones I mentioned :V Personally I’d recommend Tekkit Classic, mostly because EE2 is amazing but Mystcraft and Thaumcraft can be overwhelming to learn with everything else. (And also advise against FTB because it keeps bluescreen crashing my computer, much as I love Xyblocks :X)

I inevitably end up playing the game shortly after a new update with new textures, where usually texture packs aren’t caught up. So vanilla works for me.

I also am planning an adventure map that uses vanilla so I don’t have to worry about relying on someone else updating.
