It’s off camera behind her as she is mostly facing the screen.
I’ve tried drawing bulges before but I don’t know how to make them show-accurate, seeing as how the only messing scenes in the series are babies in diapers and all it showed with them was a smell.
Besides, there have even been wettings in animation that didn’t show wetness, like Summer wetting herself twice in Rick and Morty.
