You didn’t have to go into the mentally of this scene soo deeply but I can appreciate the thought process.

If friendship is a lie, then so should peace and diplomacy, thus there should be a never ending war between every country and every race as genocide is the first and only considerable response with that point of logic, as said country and race would and should be murdering and butchering every last male, female and child of other races and of other countries. And if peace is a lie, then so should compassion, sympathy, empathy and the ability to consider for others, and if they are a lie, then any and all forms of bonds are lies and both that pony and Celestia should be tearing each other to bits while the world drowned from the blood of male, female and child with no thought or restraint, for there should be no reason to not do so.
 
Yet there are reasons. Its considered a monstrous crime to kill your own family, its considered a crime to kill a neighbor, its considered a racist-driven crime to kill someone of a different race, its considered a near treasonous crime to personally start a war without government consent or knowledge, its a war crime and a crime against humanity to actively commit genocide. Theres more reasons but that’s another wall of text.
 
So there’s good reasons for peace, friendship, family, allies. So to spit on all that makes one no better than an animal needing to be slain.
