This brings to mind old attempts of trying to map Ponyville out. Oh the memories…

There are certain “camera angles” of Ponyville that have not being used since Season 2.
Lots of unknowns to be filled.
as always a masterful use of the WRONG COLORS EVERYWHERE that somehow make it look gorgeous.
I love the mountains.
Safe bet, it’s Ponyville. You can see it’s in a low valley overlooked by giant mountains just as the show portrays. Perhaps this is an odd look at what the other end of the valley looks like, with the train car shadowing canterlot.
