As of recent manga chapters, Rock Lee literally kicked EdoTensei!Madara so hard that the kick chopped him in half, and in the process he severed the tendril physically connecting Madara to the 10-Tails.
Yeah, that’s right. Rock Lee, the Worf of the Narutoverse, kicked the Big Bad in half.
But fuck if that guy’s not a badass.
What!? That was AGES ago! What the hell is taking the Lee and Gai so long to use their gates or Lee to take off his probably ridiculous amount of weights in his vest? It rivals Jinchuuriki’s power, so what the hell?
Is everything now about how goddamn OP Naruto is now that he unlocked the Kyuubi? God, imagine if they did that in MLP…

Well, Gai soloed Kisame, so there’s that.
Lee however… I can’t even remember the last time he actually did anything–at least not in the manga.
unless it’s for “ironic” purposes on account of how bad it is and worth making fun of i guess, but still…

yeah, I remember those moment too, it just wasn’t the first thing to come to mind. but I haven’t done anything with naruto in years, so excuse me if im out of the loop.
There were also the emotional moments he partook in (“If you don’t survive the surgery I’ll die with with you”) that made you sit and think “Damn, he’s a pretty good guy.” No pun intended.
I don’t know but I thought gui was haliaruos.
Or are they, I dunno, kinda useless now in the face of demons and such now?
