Why not? There’s nothing quite like the international Mexican Standoff of mutually assured nuclear annihilation.

Celestia: They’re something called “nuclear missiles”. Supposedly, these things are capable of causing mass destruction to an entire country!
And since all of the bigger nations such as the USA, China and Russia use them, I thought, “Why not build our own?”
Don’t worry, her missiles aren’t pointed at the U.S. :D
