This stallion is the only confirmed family member of Rainbow Dash.. whether he is her dad or older brother is anyone’s guess, and I guess has to wait for some canonical input. Also I would like to believe that Everyone in Rainbow Dash’s family has rainbow colored manes and tails, not just because they are rainbow family, but because they come from another kingdom..
