Still worth it. I hate interviews as i am terrible at such and, even as a joke, would never personally interview at a place if i didn’t already like the establishment.
I.E. i’d never interview at an automobile shop as i’ve zero interest in cars.
that confidence is a double edged sword, because she was just doing it as a joke believing it wouldn’t work, and then they said she’s hired and she couldn’t say no.
And tips aren’t suppose to be pooled and split evenly between servers to replace their pay, but welcome to America.
