Well, presumably his body would kick sperm production into overdrive and it would start consuming an amazing amount of energy, protein, carbohydrates, and other chemicals, and this would eventually result in his death, either as a result of his body not receiving the required nutrients due to them all being consumed by his balls, or organ failure due to a lack of electrochemical energy, all of which is being used by the muscles in his penis… In order to keep him going, he would require nutrients injected via an artificial means, as well as a constant influx of electrolytes… Perhaps getting an artificial heart and lungs would be useful as well, since there is the possibility of his blood pressure rising to unsurvivable levels, or going into cardiac arrest as a result of the constant adrenaline generation.
