Notoriously Divine Tagger - Consistently uploads images above and beyond the minimum tag requirements. And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

You know… I think that, if there was one other person who could understand how to actually use Discord’s chaos magic, Pinkie would definitely be it.

Why? Everyone already knew the truth by then, and in any case an actual Grogar needs to have existed in order for the other villains to be tricked into thinking he was back and for the bell to exist to begin with.
