OK, I thought it was just a really obtuse reference to TV Tropes or something.

At the time I made this, “tropes” was being used as a way of describing anti-semetic stereotypes, in reference to someone’s tweet about a criticism of Israel that Ilhan Omar had. She said that someone was in the pocket of Israel and someone responded that even if it wasn’t directly intended as an anti-Jewish tweet, it had “Anti-semetic tropes”.

And in this picture, Cozy is kinda giving the face of the really offensive Jewish caricature. So it was just intended as a silly joke for people with enough internet politics brain-rot to understand it. No offense or specific political message intended.
