You know, every episode that’s had the Young Six in it has always managed to endear me more to them, and last week’s episode was no exception. From Yona’s eagerness to be part of the dance, to her devastation at feeling like she ruined it, to Sandbar’s dorkiness around her, it was just heartwarming and sweet from start to finish. Oh, and can we all just agree that this episode was just monumentally ship-tastic? Seriously, I haven’t seen a story this devoted to giving us shipping fuel since the “Rollercoaster of Friendship” EqG special. Sandbar and Yona were hugely adorable together, and while I may not have even considered the idea of them as a couple beforehand, I’m definitely going to now :)

Never was a big fan of that type of ship (it’s why I hate octascratch with a burning passion), but with these two crazy kids it just works.
Yes, and quite often they are couples who tear themselves apart. (I joke)
It’s just that I find this romance introduced too quickly.
Their connection is made in 2 episodes this one and a court passage where yona affirms his confidence in sandbar.
Ever heard of “opposites attract”?
In fact, their personality doesn’t match up for me.
I thought yona would end up with someone more warrior (oriental unicorn who masters martial arts)
for sandbar I see it with someone more learned like ocelus.
