In the Brazilian dub, our goku VA also voices Shining armor.
It’s basically a call to arms kind of thing, kind of like what happened at the end of The Last Crusade. (The episode not the third Indiana Jones installation). Goku, an obvious Brony, is calling other Bronies to pay tribute now that MLP is ending.
