Because people who refuse to see a Godzilla film because it’s too goofy spread rumors of it being lame and rather flat.
I didn’t say I found her sympathetic. If anything, she comes more as misguided.
This “Eiji” thing is news to me. Back in 2014, the internet was really pushing the “Ishiro is related to Daisuke” angle.
About Emma, I dunno…I think the magnitude of what she was trying to achieve (complete annihilation of the human race) makes me hard to sympathize for her. I get that they were going for the “sympathetic villain” angle, but to me, it just doesn’t work. Then again, I don’t buy Thanos as a “sympathetic villain”, either.
