That’s pretty much what Winter Wrap Up is–they sing about bringing back the migratory birds and waking up the hibernating animals. Minus the bunny suits, obviously.

If ponies can have their own versions of Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Halloween, then I don’t see why they can’t have their own version of Easter too (they did have bunny suits in some episodes).
