It doesn’t look like any of the Soviet rifles used during WW2, and, by the fake look of it, I would suggest:
A) It’s a fake rifle, because Pinkie, expect it to fire a flag saying BANG to your face
B) It’s actually a flamethrower, ROKS-3 to be more specific. Those were concealed to look like your everyday rifle and backpack from a distance:

ROKS-3, here you can see the rifle-flamethrower device, but the fuel tank it’s not concealed.

Flamethrower tank, Kliment Voroshilov 8 (KV-8), a heavy breakthrough tank intended to eliminate the enemy fortifications during an assault, the flamethrower was mounted to the side of the main gun, coaxially, the latter swapped from the 76.2 mm gun to a 45mm 20K for space issues.

If it would be a tank with its ammunition cooking off, the fire would go like a geyser out of the open hatches instead, and shortly thereafter blow up (Or instantly blowing up if all hatches are closed) in a massive explosion combined with lit up napalm falling everywhere. Due to the overpressure, the turret would pop out like a cork from a bottle (Jack-In-The-Box effect).

Tank on fire in World of Tanks, notice the fire coming from the commander’s cupola
full
Another tank on fire, this time a T-90 i think, fire coming out of the commander’s hatch
full
Jack-In-The-Box effect example, if you look closely you will notice that the turret it’s off, this tank was penetrated, the ammunition exploded and it most like threw the turret a few feet in the air before falling again, keep in mind a turret may weight tons

That was more common than you think, on the Eastern front, given the difficulties your average G.I faced, they tended to steal enemy equipment from dead soldiers, Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS units did it because their weapons were no match for the cold environment they were used; Ppsh-41, PPD, Pps-43, SVT-40, AVS-36, and many others were used by the germans by lack of better weapons and because Soviet weapons were better in the climate lived there. Meanwhile, the Soviet Army did use stuff like Mg-34/42, Mp-40, Stg-44, Panzerfausts, Gewehrs 43, and anything they could get that could add more firepower, images like those are actually pretty common in social media:

Two Red Army soldiers in Berlin, the right one has a Stg-44

Three Red Army soldiers, notice the Mg-34, Mp-40, and the Kar 98.

The text on the tank is Cyrillic for “Pinkamina”, in case someone couldn’t figure it out.
