Yeah, except saruman said that he can not yet take physical from, and Sombra was nothing more than dark could in the season 3 premier.
Wasn’t he blown to bits in Season 3 and all that was left was his horn?
Not in the sense that Sombra has his body back, unlike Sauron which all that was left of him was one huge eye.
