I don’t care much. If Spike loves Rarity so much, he might as well inflate her as well, so that he could snuggle on that big, soft, squishy, cuddly tummy. Sure, he has claws and they would likely pop her. But who cares, as long as he inflates his beloved Rarity!

Yeah but it would likely break the show.  
Things like that should be used as short gags at most and stories like “Twilights spell mishap turned the mane 6 into baloons, they need to find a cure!.”  
are best left for the fanfic writers IMO.
