I am not sure, where the hell “fury and mlp thingy” discussion came from, but I would like you guys to move that discussion to somewhere else please ^^

I myself am pretty much somewhere over in the radical furry anarchy sort of thing, I don’t know if I’d call the tree of harmony a furry but yeah I def count pretty much everything else there as it. Not to mention one of my own “furry” characters doesn’t have any semblance of a normal human or animal form really and also does not act like humans either (though it is “sentient” but that’s not even a requirement with some of the art people draw of things), so obviously I think along those sorts of lines :p
Also of course a simple 2D alignment chart like that isn’t really grasping the full complexities of such things, this is pretty obvious if you start looking at what people consider a sandwich and how impossible it is for a single word like that to mean what people think it means, or even create a good system to describe the thousands of kinds of food out there in simple terms. Well just as with classifying anything with a single blanket term the reality is always a lot more complex and subject to one’s own personal beliefs. No matter how you look at it though indeed pretty much any pony related stuff can be put into some kind of classification around it depending on the person:
Of course most people get all pissy about being called a furry because in that context most take it to mean involvement in the general community surrounding such things which they may not want to be a part of, or as just some sort of insult due to some of the negative connotations that word has picked up from the actions of various individuals within being used to generalize the entire group.
