I think about her as antagonistin most of episodes, but in my headcanon as a final villain for series i think about some powerfull being, but no Grogar btw.

Here’s what I think would happen:  
Episode 1: This post happens  
Episode 2: Twilight continues to try to find answers and gives up  
Episode 3: Another Pinkie & Maud episode  
Episode 4: Probably a Spike/Starlight episode. Discord will be involved somehow. Also has the first real foreshadowing of the series finale  
Episode 5: 200th episode, no idea what it will involve but it will be something special  
Episodes 6-11: Regular slice of life episodes that most likely won’t be related to the season arc  
Episode 12: A map episode with Applejack and Apple Bloom, set in Manehattan, deconfirming Babs Seed, also containing more finale foreshadowing. Also, Cozy Glow breaks free  
Episode 13: At the end of this episode we see the villains team up and get our first shot of Grogar. Cue mid season hiatus  
Episode 14: A regular slice of life episode  
Episode 15: Another map episode, with more foreshadowing  
Episode 16: A regular slice of life episode  
Episode 17: Final CMC episode  
Episodes 18-20: Regular slice of life episodes that most likely won’t be related to the season arc  
Episode 21: Final map episode featuring a celebrity guest star  
Episodes 22-26: Series finale, standing in for originally planned movie
