Not to mention just about every positive thing in Sunset’s life resides in the human world would mean there is almost zero incentive for her to move back. Her home, her stuff, her friends, her minimum wage job; all of these things are in the human world, and while she may have made up with Celestia, it is clear she has few if any attachments to Equestria anymore other than the fact she was born a unicorn pony and is familiar with her home universe’s magic. Basically her whole life and all that made who she is today is now in the human world, and I can’t see someone so easily tossing that aside to move back to where they were born.

Backing him up. I’ve watched every bit of Equestria Girls material from the beginning and Starlight has only ever made one appearance.
If the writers ever come up with a compelling way for a pony’s human counterpart to show up, they’ll make it happen. You can’t rush or demand these things. Trust the writers.
Unless I’ve missed a special or two, Starlight has been to the CHS world a grand total of ONCE.
And what I meant was that the question of Sunset’s human counterpart has been something a lot of fans have been wondering about since the first EqG movie.
How can you possibly know, as of now there absolutely no signs of human Sunset revealing herself the way that sci-twi once did, plus pony Starlight did go to the human world as princess Twilight did 3 times, so it could be possible that her human doppelganger is out there (or not).
Starlight’s not a major character in EqG, and Sunset’s counterpart has been a question hanging in the background for pretty much the whole of the spinoff.
Sunset Shimmer is likely never going to return to Equestria. Having the main character of a series completely disappear into a different series would mean taking all of her years of character development with her; character development and history that not everyone has seen. Further, she would have to be reintroduced to the Mane Six of Equestria, which would take multiple episodes that could be spent on more stimulating plots.

Still having Starlight in EG but no Sunset in FiM. How is that fair? Why do Starlight gets so much screentime than Sunset? 26 episodes each season (most episodes these days)
And Sunset is not even in majority of the shorts.

as the powerful creature of chaos he is, I think he should manipulate himself to stay with the same appearance in other dimensions, even in the EqG world
I think that he makes his own portal and stays the way he is.
Speaking of discord, what happens when he goes through the portal?
I wonder what will happen when Discord meets the human Fluttershy and Sci-Twi.
