The “Rainbow Ponies” were a set, though I think the only one who made it to television was Skydancer. On top of that, the Twinkle-Eyed Ponies always had four hair colors.

The UK comics actually had that going more often than not, and there were a lot more clone-baby ponies. There’s even a Baby Firefly and Baby Applejack.
