Description
The bloodstone scepter was made by the first dragon lord from the heart of Crunch the rockdog and still possess his magic and keep a memory of all those who held it. When spike retrieved the bloodstone scepter it released the magic it had stored since Torch got it and for a very brief moment he could see all those who came before him.
In a few seconds he witnessed dragon lord Brimstone becoming the first dragon lord, dragon lord Garnet writing the dragon laws, the arrival of dragon lord Scintilla in the dragon lands, dragon lord Celestina flying higher than any other creature has ever done, the tyranical reign of Adamor and his end at the hands of dragon lord Garble, Dragon lord Plutos stealing the crystal heart, dragon lord Cinder during the great equestrian war and finally Dragon lord Torch fighting Tirek alongside princess Celestia.

In a way, yes. Like the elements of harmony, the crystal heart is a piece of the spirit of order and, to some extend, has the power to supress chaos around it. It stabilise the weather of the crystal empire and can soothe the mind of those who are nearby. It can’t do miracles though and can’t makes someone evil turn good like the elements of harmony, but it has enough power to make a greedy dragon a little bit nicer.
so the crystal hart reformed him?
Where does this thing come from? I think I already seen it but I can’t remeber where.
Also I cropped spike face and tried to color it, if you want to use it.

Pretty much the same way the Arimaspi got to the idol of boreas, he punched a hole through a wall and grabbed the heart (when you’re a huge armored fire breathing lizard you don’t bother with subtlety).
What he didn’t expect was that the crystal heart weakened him, allowing the crystal ponies to catch up to him and retrieve the heart. Looking inside the heart also had a lasting effect on him and he who was greedy even by dragon standards became a little less obssesed with riches and a little more considerate of others.
