Almost. 彼ピッピ (karepippi) is an odd sort of term which apparently means “more than a friend, not quite a boyfriend,” but can also be used by teens as a cringy sort of synonym for boyfriend. Considering Maude calls him her boyfriend, I’d say the artist here was just having her use a cutesy term for it.
Anyway, Maude here is saying “This is a boyfriend’s special privilege.” Or, maybe more loosely, “Being a boyfriend has its privileges.”
She is saying:
彼ピッピの特権じゃん
“karepippi no tokken jan”
Literally something like: “boyfriend is special privilege, innit?”
So I think she’s basically saying “he’s my special somepony” with an emphasis on “my”, in an affectionately possessive way
