Luck, and people like Twilight, that aren’t Twilight.
A more forgiving person might say she, inspires greatness in others to make up her slack.
Not saying here that I wouldn’t have welcomed seeing once, just ONCE, in seven years, Celestia demonstrating that she’s in charge because she’s capable and can solve problems, and has a plan B in case “throw a nerdy purple unicorn at the problem” doesn’t fix it. You have to wonder how she kept things together the last thousand years.
I think you have to file for the license with either Raven or Kibitz.
