You’re right. She has the overall color scheme to the old changelings and her mane and tail is pretty similar to Chrysalis’ (except it’s in a ponytail). I also think I see a horn on her forehead but I could just be seeing things. But she doesn’t have any bug wings or Swiss cheese holes. Though I do see a gem on her chest, which is something some of the reformed Changelings have.
 
Maybe this is the artist’s interpretation of a reformed Chrysalis. Or she could be a pony/Changeling hybrid. I don’t really know what she is at this point.
