Yea, I noticed, but most diaper sharing pics Ive seen that are clean are Babyfur ones I have come across when viewing on Furaffinity and such.
It’s because most of the images with the diaper sharing tag involve some sort of fetish. This image is actually the first one to not have any fetishes involved. Just saying.
