Ah yes, the ones whose complaints can easily be translated into:  

Eye and Toaster are examples of “Faustites”. A small portion of the fandom that for the most part doesn’t accept what happens in the show after S2E01/02, AKA anything not written by their God. And they cling onto the hope that someday there will be a 2nd coming.  
They’re characterized by the deep hate for any new alicorns (including OC ones as it breaks the “there are but two alicorns besides thy God” commandment), characters that break the mane 6 status quo like Glimmy (there shalt not be more main characters than the original six), Equestria Girls (which includes their refusal to accept the fact EqG is canon to the show), and any love interests for their waifus (aside from their own OC’s).

She’s appeared in about a third of the episodes, depending on how you count things like pictures and statues of her. Which, apparently, is the new standard for “almost every episode”.

…Says the princess who makes cameos in almost every episode of fim. Seriously, watch the whole series and count how many episodes you see Celestia appear in. You’ll be surprised at how many more cameos she makes in the series than her sister does.

Confirmation bias. If you’re predisposed to dislike where the show has gone and what it’s doing now, of course you’re going to think the arguments saying it’s now bad are more valid. If you genuinely still enjoy the show despite its missteps, you’ll see where most of those arguments are either subjective or flawed.

There aren’t any rose-tinted glasses, we like the show because it’s still good, even if there are a few bad elements, they don’t out weigh the value of the show in general.
