I question if any Fallout location has a Fallout Equestria version of it. I’m getting Far Harbor vibes here.

In the Fallout games, lever-action rifles are usually stronger at the cost of firing rate compared to other guns, even in the same caliber. (Yeah, it doesn’t make much sense.) In one case, you can literally dig the Henry Repeater that was given to Abraham Lincoln out of the ruins of a museum, load modern ammunition into it and it’s one of the best guns in the game.
 
In this case, the design looks closest to the trail carbine from New Vegas, so it’s probably chambered for .44 magnum.

Hmm. Using a lever-action–a 19th Century design, usually (due to 19th Century bolt locking mechanisms, which were among the earliest attempts in repeating firearms and not nearly as strong as designs created later on) in calibers that are somewhat marginal in power for anything capable of fighting back–to hunt stuff as dangerous as manticores? That implies a certain level of coolness under fire and confidence in her own competence. I like her already. And she’s pretty, too. What’s her name?
