speaking from experience, when you love something and commission multiple artists, you want the drawing to look exactly how you like it <3

I tend to ask “Rainbow Dash touching Applejack’s cutie mark in a loving/affectionate or flirty manner”, and leave the pose, expressions, reactions, etc, everything else is up to them. While I feel it leaves room for creativity, the pose does get reused quite often, but I don’t mind so much!

Because as BP pony here says, seeing the different styles is still quite lovely. And there’s small details that make the difference, and the occasional pic that changes things up. I have four more feathermarking pics incoming, and I know one of them is very different from those!

Yes, I was requested with the same thing like others ( and its also from one fanfic) so yeah :D. But its nice to see many different styles, expression etc. :) I think every piece is also “original” in this way.

There’s not a whole lot of room for creativity with this particular prompt, so the product always turns out similar. And yes, it is the same commissioner, so you can’t really blame the artists.
