Still doesn’t explain why she’s outside with no guards other then Twi and Applejack (who i’m sure everyone in equestria knows at this point are good friends with her)
this is after Rainbow was sentenced, they put the jumpsuit on in the jail and now she’s being moved to the prison in Canterlot for her sentence
